Refund Policy
We value your time and appreciate your trust in our services and products. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking a consultation or purchasing any product.
Consultations
Full Refund with Notice: Clients who cancel a scheduled consultation with at least 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund minus any credit card processing fees.
Late Cancellation Fee: If a consultation is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the client will be charged 50% of the consultation fee.
No-Show Policy: If a client fails to appear for the scheduled consultation without any notice, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
All consultation cancellations must be submitted via the Acuity Scheduling or in writing via email at contact@breannanicolelaw.com to be valid.
Product Purchases
All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital nature of our e-products and the preparation involved in delivering value, all sales of e-products and physical products are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any product purchases.
Services
All Sales Are Final. We do not provide refunds for our legal services, including but not limited to our Brand Audit and Contract Audit/Review services.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order from you, at any time, for any reason, including without limitation: availability of products and/or services; errors in the product/service description or price; errors in your order; multiple purchases and/or requests; we suspect you purchased with the intent to seek reimbursement; and if we suspect that your order is fraudulent, unauthorized or otherwise an illegal transaction. Additionally, we reserve the right to change our prices at any time, within our sole discretion, prior to accepting your order. You will have the right to cancel your order should the prices change.
